Dear Colleagues!

We invite you to take part in the work of the X International Scientific Conference "Functional Basis of Nanoelectronics", which will be held in Odesa from September 16 to September 21, 2019.

To participate in the conference are invited: scientists, experts, specialists, graduate students, representatives of enterprises of all forms of ownership, educational institutions, academic institutions of Ukraine and abroad.


SCIENTIFIC DIRECTIONS OF THE CONFERENCE:

  • Physics and Theory of Nanostructures for Electronics;
  • Electrodynamics and nanoelectronics of the THz range;
  • Metamaterials and their application of the THz and GHz nanoelectronics ranges;
  • Methods of formation, diagnosis and research of nanostructures;
  • Mathematical modeling in nanoelectronics;
  • Nanoelectronic sensors and information systems. Nanoelectronic sensors for bio-engineering;
  • Magnetic nano- and meta-structures of the GHz and THz electronics;
  • MEMS and NEMS in electronics;
  • Nanophotonics. Processes, structures and devices;
  • Nonlinear processes in artificial media / metamaterials and devices based on them.

Registration fee for the publication of conference materials:
  • for participants from Ukraine - 500 UA hryvnya;
  • for participants from other countries - 50 Euros or the equivalent in hryvnia at the rate of the National Bank of Ukraine on the day the contribution is paid;
The registration fee includes the publication of the program and the collection of scientific papers of the conference, as well as the costs associated with covering the costs of organizing and holding the conference, including expenses for advertising, communications, coffee breaks, etc.

Decisions on the acceptance by the Organizing Committee of the reports after their review and bank details for the transfer of funds will be sent to you by August 10, 2019 in the second information mail


FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE WORK OF THE CONFERENCE IT IS NECESSARY TO PROVIDE:

  • Application (Annex 1);
  • Send the electronic version of the report (E-mail: fbn.conference@gmail.com) in English, for authors from Ukraine a second set of documents in Ukrainian and English, for authors from other countries in English, designed in accordance with the requirements for the presentation of the report and the attached sample (Appendix 2).
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE REPORT:

  • Publication volume - 3-4 full A4 pages in English, typed in a text editor Microsoft Word;
  • Fields - 30 mm; paragraph indent 1 cm;
  • Text parameters: Times New Roman, font size 11, single line spacing;
  • Abstract in English (12-15 lines);
  • The text of the manuscript should be structured and contain all the main parts that are characteristic for describing a scientific study: introduction (reflects the relevance, the formulation of the goals and objectives of the study); the essence (presentation of the main research material with a description of the idea, method and justification of the obtained scientific results); conclusions (reflect the results of the study, their scientific novelty and practical significance, comparison with world peers, prospects); references are required (up to 5 sources);
  • Formulas, symbols, variables appearing in the text should be typed as Microsoft Equation objects;
  • Figures and tables should be clear, compact. Editors: CorelDraw, Table Editor, Microsoft Excel;
  • The number of authors of reports is no more than five;
  • • The reports will be printed in the author's version without editing.


THE PROCEDURE FOR PLACING THE MATERIAL:

TITLE OF THE REPORT (in capital letters, bold, in the center of the line).
Next line - the names and initials of the authors in the center of the line.
Next line - the full name of the organization in the center of the line.
Next line - mailing address, phone number, E-mail of the organization or authors.
Next line - the abstract in English (12-15 lines).
A line from the paragraph to print the text of the report.
ANNEX 1

Application form:

  • Last name, first name, patronymic of the authors (fully), academic title, scientific degree, position;
  • Full name of the organization;
  • Address for correspondence with the index of the city, contact phone (indicating the code);
  • E-mail;
  • The name of the scientific direction.
